The owner was rude, arrogant and tried to be intimidating. Wanted to party all night blasting music and said it was a family hotel. Do not take kids or families to this hotel. Also served underage kids in the bar.

I really liked the owners, who seemed quite friendly and welcoming. The husband was impeccable, he made us feel comfortable, chatted with the children, and allowed them to play and enjoy the facilities freely. The hotel offers a family-friendly accommodation, with loads of free entertainment options, including a variety of games for all age groups - which is an amazing feature. Great location, easy to find and close to the beach. Open bar with affordable prices and host always available to help and assist guests at all times.

Family friendly no bar so no drunk loud people while coming to visit with children really good for families with young children. Having Netflix is also good for the evening with children so they can watch films to keep them occupied. Very accommodating to change requests, I request early check-in and early check-out and they worked with me with both of these requests would stay again i have also stayed here before also.

Tina and Roy, what a fantastic pair of hosts, can't do enough to help and Roy is very funny. Tina's breakfasts are definitely top notch, especially the fried bread. Very family friendly.Had a family room, kids had tv with DVD player. Tea, coffee, milk and kettle in the room, along with fans if got too hot. En suite with toilet sink and shower, not massive but big enough. Free street parking if you can find a spot. If we go back to Blackpool then this is the 1st place I will be looking to book.
