The 800-year-old New Hall Hotel & Spa, Birmingham is 13 km from central Birmingham. Following a renovation, the health club, spa, and well-furnished rooms blend with the hotel’s medieval character.

New Hall Hotel offers modern British hospitality in the North-Birmingham suburb of Sutton Coldfield. It is just off the M42 motorway and 20 minutes from the NEC.

I went there with my partner as a little romantic gateway and we weren't disappointed at all. The location is absolutely mesmerizing. The history of the building and the architecture makes your stay so much worth it. The staff is great too, they're super friendly and always accommodating. I hope you get to visit this place because you will definitely enjoy it.

It was a small and affordable place, good for solo travellers but this place is also good with family with single kid as the hotel has an extra overhead bed for kids.

The staff were all very accommodating, personable and friendly. The room was comfortable and had all necessary facilities for a family with young children (including cot and use of a high chair). Parking was convenient. The city centre and Broad Street area is within relatively easy walking distance from the hotel.

    - Perfect location, everything within reach, especially with a small child. Right by Mailbox. - Spacious apartment and had enough space for my family and with a child. - comfortable sleeping areas and was warm. - friendly staff and communication with the guest management team. - The availability of washing machine and dishwasher. - Apartment was warm and cosy. - all in all, things that you need are readily available, if you don’t have something and tesco express is literally just 5 mins walk. - perfect for families.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Great location. Had a very comfy stay They had a theme day on and the locals were friendly and full of fun ! The rooms were clean, comfy and quite spacious. Excellent value for money. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for a family with small children as it’s a very busy lively pub. We had a full English breakfast in the morning and again it was excellent!! We loved it and would definitely stay again. Thank you ‘The Station’ xxx
