This was an extraordinary treat. Lovely and kind staff. Superb Imperial breakfast. The bar downstairs was lively and friendly at night. Our room, room 1 upstairs, was a fairytale, and the copper tub in our room was bliss for sore bodies after walking the London streets all day. The shower was awesome too, and nice tea and coffe in our room. We adored it all and have already booked our next stay. We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here and it couldn't have been more romantic. We even got bubbles as a surprise. This felt like home away from home. Just so much more beautiful in every detail.

It's the only hotel I've stayed in that have a professional gym membership next door as opposed to a small one in the basement. The hotel also has a guest-only lounge, rooftop bar, fine-dining restaurant, etc... It's a full package and the value for money is 100% there.
