Set in London, 400 metres from Buckingham Palace, The Guardsman - Preferred Hotels and Resorts features a bar and views of the city. This is a very nice hotel. Comfortable, squeaky clean, very well situated. And I was so pleased by all the help I got from the staff: Bartek helped me solve a number of challenges that I had during my stay (NOT caused by the hotel!). He did this in a very gracious way that made things really easy for me. For example he organized the shipment of some goods for me and I really was completely hassle free, so I could do the work I had come for to London. Also the gentleman who showed me my room did a very good job explaining to me the lighting system etc, thank you! Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the breakfast, I'm sure it's excellent.

This was the fifth hotel we stayed during our 2-week U.K. trip and I can say with certainty that their hotel bed is the best! It was always so hard to get out of bed just because it’s really comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that food at breakfast is also really good!
