The staff is great and everyone is very friendly, kind and natural (thank you for everything Nicoletta). This place is the perfect mix of hotel, short-term rental and business apartment. Shoutout to housekeeping - you guys do a great job! We also loved the quiet “small town feel” neighborhood of Chiswick, London.

Het Best Western Chiswick Palace & Suites London is gevestigd in een elegant, historisch gebouw en beschikt over moderne kamers met gratis WiFi. The Duty Manager Soren went out of his way to give us a twin bedded room on the ground floor and was also able to extend our stay for an extra night. The hotel us in a great spot, close to the underground and lots of great eating places.

Room with 2 single beds were smaller but still comfortable:) 2 baths with 1 shower on L3 and 1 bathtub on L2. L1 is just the entrance up leading to the bedrooms and living area Both toilets has heated up floors which is a blessing in cold London :) Tower and linens were clean as well 35mins train ride away from a lot of tourists spots in London which was great! About 8-10mins walk away from Chiswick station. Oh there’s a Sainsbury just across Chiswick station so getting groceries was a breeze

It was designed soo beautifully and it was super clean. This made my stay amazing. I had the best sleep. The beds are comfortable,the blanket is so soft and warm and that mattress is firm. I loved how all rooms have a heater so that not everyone needs the same temperature. The area is great as you have cafes, shops and a tube station all on one road. What made my stay even better is that One of the shops don’t close till 3am which really help me with my late night eating. This apartment also has everything you need to stay a couple nights. I would definitely be coming back to stay again.

Apartment is very big and nice equipped. Location is near London tube, just about half of hour from city centre, and neighbourhood is very nice. Owner is very kind, and communication was smoth, it was really pleasure to stay here.

Locatie aan the Thames in mooie rustige wijk, een echte bed and breakfast in een gezellig vol huis met kunst, boeken en allerlei herinneringen, waar je je meteen welkom voelt en verwend wordt met een heerlijk ontbijt en leuke gesprekken/verhalen van de gastheer en -vrouw. Gratis parkeren voor de deur is ook heel fijn. Verbinding met centrum Londen is goed te doen via bus en metro of trein. En Kew Gardens dichtbij.
