The staff is great and everyone is very friendly, kind and natural (thank you for everything Nicoletta). This place is the perfect mix of hotel, short-term rental and business apartment. Shoutout to housekeeping - you guys do a great job! We also loved the quiet “small town feel” neighborhood of Chiswick, London.

This well established 4-star hotel is on the popular Chiswick High Road, which offers boutique shops, restaurants and vibrant bars. hotel is in a very pleasant area, room was really nice, clean, complimentary bottle of water and cookies every day!, breakfast was super nice and very friendly staff, overall a great experience

Best Western Chiswick Palace terletak di dalam sebuah bangunan zaman dahulu yang elegan. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik moden dengan Wifi secara percuma. The Duty Manager Soren went out of his way to give us a twin bedded room on the ground floor and was also able to extend our stay for an extra night. The hotel us in a great spot, close to the underground and lots of great eating places.

Room with 2 single beds were smaller but still comfortable:) 2 baths with 1 shower on L3 and 1 bathtub on L2. L1 is just the entrance up leading to the bedrooms and living area Both toilets has heated up floors which is a blessing in cold London :) Tower and linens were clean as well 35mins train ride away from a lot of tourists spots in London which was great! About 8-10mins walk away from Chiswick station. Oh there’s a Sainsbury just across Chiswick station so getting groceries was a breeze

It was designed soo beautifully and it was super clean. This made my stay amazing. I had the best sleep. The beds are comfortable,the blanket is so soft and warm and that mattress is firm. I loved how all rooms have a heater so that not everyone needs the same temperature. The area is great as you have cafes, shops and a tube station all on one road. What made my stay even better is that One of the shops don’t close till 3am which really help me with my late night eating. This apartment also has everything you need to stay a couple nights. I would definitely be coming back to stay again.

Location is near London tube, just about half of hour from city centre, and neighbourhood is very nice. Owner is very kind, and communication was smoth, it was really pleasure to stay here.
