Amazing loft, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find properties in London for this price, and definitely not in central London. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to central London and it is a great choice for accommodation if you are looking to visit London. Balham is a very pretty place with lots of coffee shops and supermarkets. Andy is amazing and was very helpful with any questions or requests that we had, he even ordered some EU wall plug adaptors for us. The place also has great WiFi. The beds are very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend choosing this place.

Everything as described, well equipped and the balcony was just the touch up! The host was attentive and responsive. Only stayed a night, but if I'm back to London, I will be book again! Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment close to Balham shops and tube stations of Clapham South and Balham (Northern Line). The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and has excellent wifi. While many would appreciate a dishwasher we much more appreciated the under-bench washer dryer in the kitchen. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful and we will definitely stay again if available.

Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

Felt spoiled for the entire stay, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was perfectly clean, and felt way classier than what the price would suggest. Excellent public transport connection to the city, the area around the tube station has everything from supermarkets & night shops to restaurants/food joints and wonderful pubs. It is a 10 minute walk, but there is also a bus line if needed. I will definitely check Balham Lodge's availability first the next time I am visiting London.
