I was there to collect my mother who was arriving at LHR. The first room was on an upper floor and that would have been difficult. The hotel manager changed us to a 1st floor room. Was very clean and very nicely done up. Big television, nice lighting, great shower. Coffee and tea and refrigerator in the room. Location excellent. Very close to tube station and to many restaurants. Many thanks to everyone on the staff.

I stayed on the floor 44th, with breathtaking views to the west (Wembley stadium was part of the skyline from my window). Very comfortable and modern. Recommended for both short and long stays. The apartment fits a well-equipped kitchen, with microwave and conventional ovens, and a dishwasher (a few tablets are provided). It also has a combo washer+dryer, which is very convenient. It is very close to North Acton underground station, on the Central Line, which takes you to central London in about 20-25 minutes. There is a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury's local near it too. On the day of check-in, a lady from CitySpace was waiting for me with the card key, who also gave a tour of the apartment. For stays longer than a week, they provide a weekly, and actually very thorough, housekeeping service.
