I loved the staff, so so friendly and helpful. My partner had an emergency and they was so quick to help us and support us. Nothing was to much for them, the room was so comfortable and cute, the little dog was so sweet! So close to Gatwick airport. Little tip don't get a taxi from south terminal come to north terminal and find the shell garage around the corner and get a taxi from there as the airport charge you extra to have a taxi in south terminal, had such a lovely garden and good breakfast options! Would definitely stay again.
