The hotel couldn't have been better placed in Woburn town centre. Literally within walking distance of everything you needed - as long as that was eating and drinking as there isn't a great deal else to do! Hotel was clean and well laid out, staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely girl on reception, and the food was very good. The only downside was that the restaurant was overlooked by the kitchen so it did feel a bit like a canteen. Other than that, very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We were visiting the football ground to see our grandson in a match so the hotel was just where we needed to be.
The room was really nice and quite large.. Bathroom was excellent.

Woburn is beautiful, the safari is amazing! The walking trails are beautiful! Green king takes advantage of this!! Road noise was horrendous 😱from around 4.30 am! The place was great but if I was to return if I couldn’t have a rear room I wouldn’t go!!

We stayed over to break the journey up from Newcastle to Kent. We went to Woburn safari park, it was amazing, drive around the safari as many times as you want up until an hour before the park closes, takes on average 1hr to 1:45 to do a circuit. Then there’s the walk safari which was ok. Nice leisurely walk. Would definitely visit here in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the lovely town of Woburn. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped for the money. The manager was delightful and helpful, and so were all the staff. I stayed for one night to meet some friends and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and friendly place to stay in Woburn.

They are not family friendly at all please don't sell this hotel as family friendly and also they are not speacial needs friendly at all they couldn't accommodate my autistic son which we then had to leave with family at home!
Breakfast is very small and very poorly cooked, they served the adults and the children had to wait 20mins after the adults for their food which the adults food was finished also there was not a lot of choice for children at breakfast leading me to think they would not like children to stay there.
Fire alarm went off at 6.20am with no staff checking on guest and not even a sorry (later found out it was staff error in the kitchen of not opening an extractor fan) we had frightened children in our room! Then when getting back to to sleep the cook started to play music full blast under our room at 7 20am which you could hear crystal clear in our room again with no sorry from staff.
No water for showers in my room lead us to have to use another room across a busy bar to get a shower and then return to our room to get ready which was laughable.

The safe in the room was locked by a previous guest and we were unable to open it. We reported it and the receptionists were very unhelpful and told us some safes in hotel not working and waiting for a locksmith. This meant we had to carry passports and jewellery with us constantly. Room was above the bar and was so noisy we could actually hear the conversations below!! The floor in the room was very uneven and on a slope. We would not consider this hotel to be a 4* rated hotel.
Modernised but it’s an ancient inn, cute, lots of original features, not soul-less like the “chainstore” hotels.
The room had new ensuite facilities & everything works as it should.
The breakfast was SPECTACULAR !
Good value single, and big enough !
Good on site parking, close to the M1, but in the town-centre. Woburn is a very interesting little town with many small businesses & a museum, as well as many good walks, and the park, zoo & abbey nearby (Abbey currently closed for refurb. Check website).
David and Sharon were great hosts. My request for an early breakfast on the first morning was granted and it was delicious.
My evening meal was served promptly and again was of a very high standard. The atmosphere in the bar was very friendly and I was made to feel welcome by the locals. I would certainly stay again and recommend the hotel and staff to anyone thinking of staying in the Woburn vicinity.
We had a wonderful stay at Havisham House with its beautiful rooms and garden. Adam is a kind and generous host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of his recommendations for restaurants and bars, and as a result we dined well in Woburn and look forward to returning.
I really like to stay in character hotels that have some individuality and The Woburn ticked that box very well. The overall feel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Access from the car park was easy and there was plenty of parking space.
The breakfast selection was fine and the dining area very comfortable.
It was well situated in the village of Woburn for a wedding held at the nearby Woburn Tea Rooms. The restaurant food was good and they had lots of vegetarian options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely outdoor seating area which was perfect during the hot weather.
Havisham House is really well located in Woburn, close to a number of lovely restaurants.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable beds and very quiet, for a good night's sleep. Adam looked after us very well during our stay.
The hotel was in an excellent location to visit a number of interesting places. Leighton Buzzard railway. Magnificent Wrest Park and Ascott.
Would love to go back to The Woburn. A very friendly atmosphere. Very polite staff.
This place is fantastic and it should definitely be a 4 star hotel. Room was beautiful and so quiet. Good night’s sleep. Hotel is lovely. Breakfast amazing and Woburn village was fantastic. We met some great people 😊
What a wonderful find! Beautiful boutique B&B in the heart of woburn. Tge most comfortable bed and decor is gorgeous! Adam was an amazing host. Can't recommend this enough!
Woburn is a beautiful place to visit. Adam was very welcoming. The place is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Dog friendly as well.
