Mistook it for a studio property but instead it’s a family homestead, the room is Spartan/ basic and in refurbishment. I’ve got a high suspicion of audio and visual recording devices being used surreptitiously without the guests knowing. Lights out in the dark, you’d notice various flashing lights coming from places that one would not expect.
The host also entered my room several times in my absence, evidently so as the room was locked from the inside. Stay at your own peril!

The property offers everything for a comfortable stay away from home. Nice comfortable bed, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine in the room. Plates, cups and cutleries was there. Free parking on street right in front of property. Nice and responsive staffs.

Great hotel. Very clean, food is great. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and the runway view is out of this world! The POD's are really fun too and 5 mins to Terminal 5. Couldn't fault anything. Is it modern? No! Does it need a refurb in some areas? Yes. But does that take away from the overall experience? No, not at all. Highly recommend. We liked it so much, we've booked to stay on the way back and visit Windsor before going home.

Great location but dated.
Staff were nice but the Indian snack I had in the bar was too hot to be edible. I explained why I hadn’t eaten it but got no response and was clearly expected to pay.
Alarm is tested daily without warning that it is a test. Caused great consternation to me and another guest on my floor. Hotel said there was a note about it stuck to the wall in reception and once again didn’t acknowledge a problem.

We were attending an event at Windsor Castle and the location couldn't have been better. The parking was expensive but the concierge was lovely and very flexible about the time when we needed to leave. The breakfast was excellent.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.
