I liked it so much. I booked another room for when I came back to London. The staff is unbelievable. The room is small but for one person it was amazing. it had everything I needed
The breakfast was incredible. I can’t say enough about this place.
I wish it was closer to home. I would just stay there for the fun of.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There is also a shuttle that you can use that brings you to the airport (hotel hoppa). If you are traveling here, I recommend downloading the Hotel Hoppa app before coming, so you can have your ticket ready. I also found the bed to be very comfortable.

Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames.
Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames. Staines Town shops are poor. Plenty of eateries everywhere. Interesting buildings if you look for them, but shopping is going downhill fast. I used to live here & notice the difference. If you love the river, you will like Staines-upon-Thames & you can walk a long way on the path.

There are shops within walking distance and everything is close by. The property is well equipped and I was able to cook my own food with ease. Fridge freezer, microwave oven and cooker all included. The apartment is huge and would be ideal for a traveling couple who wanted to explore the nearby area. Overall excellent and Joseph was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Sharon was waiting for us as we arrived and showed us our room, which had a little kitchen area and the fridge had a selection of soft drinks. There was also milk for a much needed cuppa. We didn't book breakfast as we had to leave at 5am for our rescheduled flight, but there were yoghurts, small cereal boxes, and bread available if we wanted.
