Located right across from the beach and within walking distance to places to eat. Loved that parking was so easy and close-by (across the street) and had an excellent breakfast with a choice of in the room or in the lounge - we picked lounge and were the only ones who did that day but it was a lovely lounge and a great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms.

The town was a little scary at times as some locals were a bit undesirable.
The RNLI cafe served lovely food until 5 while we were there. There were a lot of take away places but only a few restaurants and those were not what we were looking for.
There was a station with access to coastal places.Road connections were good.
The beach was stony to the west but provided a lovely walk along the coast.

Staying at Littlehampton allows you to explore beaches with both pebble and white sand dunes.
The small town with market and charity shops are just perfect if you need some relaxing days. If you’re more adventurous there’s always the sea with kite surfing and many other activities to try.
If you want to explore the surroundings you have Arundel castle within a few minutes by car. Or take a walk along the river Arun. If you’re like us, travelling from abroad without a car, the train to Gatwick is just a bit over an hour, which is a bonus.

Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton.
Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton. The beach was great and very clean and there was still plenty of little shops and cafes open even at the end of October. Lots of things to do in the local area as well which is great if you are holidaying with a family.

The Littlehampton beach - with a great stretch of sand when the tide is out - is great when the weather is good. The riverside walk is scenic, easy to access and has plenty of benches to stop and admire the view. There are a number of good eating places available. Littlehampton is also a good base to stay for exploring the wider area for a day e.g. Arundel, Bognor Regis or even Chichester.

Was lovely to re visit after such along time.
Was lovely to re visit after such along time. Lovely walks along the beach front. Found it very relaxing away from day to day stresses. There is a local Harvester pub to eat if you want a pub lunch. Littlehampton centre is easy to get to with having to drive.
I used this guest house as a base for visiting the Goodwood Revival event, for which it was just about perfect. The station is only a few minutes walk, and the train and shuttle service to Goodwood was a great way to avoid the traffic jams going in and out. My room had a view of the lovely garden, and the seafront and the pleasant river walk are very close by. The host was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to messages, and was very accommodating when my incoming flight was delayed. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in basement room. It was very cosy with chic dark interior, beautiful furniture and great lighting. Very clean, everything looks neat not even any usual crap grouting in the bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and sorted a few extras quickly. Most well maintained little hotel and lovely hand-written cards with breakfast. So touched by their hospitality :)

Very comfortable, small hotel within a few steps of the beach. Lovely, clean room with a good bathroom with walk-in shower. Large, modern bar and restaurant area that serves a delicious breakfast - although it doesn't say so on the site, breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff friendly and welcoming and could not be more helpful.
Beautiful flat, light, clean and tidy, extremely well equipped kitchen and very comfortable sofa, the balcony is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.
Location is excellent for all Littlehampton has to offer. Just a short walk into town which has a Sainsbury supermarket.
I’m already planning a booking for next year.
Although we did not meet the hosts the communication before arrival was very good.
The annex was modern, well equipped and a short walk into Littlehampton town centre and the pier / amusements and was in a quiet residential area with off-road parking.
Milk, tea and coffee were available on arrival.
Mark and Richard are delightful!! and they ensure your stay is top notch. Our room was exceptional, with all the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel—the bed, the linens, and a deliciously balanced breakfast. We loved all the tips they shared on the area as well…super helpful tour guides!!
Breakfast was a real luxury and a refreshing change from usual guest house/hotel breakfasts. The guest house was spotless and very attractively decorated. Lots of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be back. 😍
This was the perfect place. It was clean, comfortable and lovely little touches in interior design. So quiet and beautifully cooked breakfast better than some 4star hotels which we have stayed in.The hosts were so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
Breakfast was really very very good. Hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. Room was comfy and pillows and bed led to a good nights sleep. Location opposite the East beach and the property provided free parking across the road via a permit. Thoroughly good stay.
Lovely clean house with lovely sunny garden. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds super comfy. Great space for our trip for me, my mother, sister and our 3 children. Tom was also very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we arrived in Littlehampton.
Lovely Hotel. I was on the Purple room and it felt very homely, the bear on the bed was a nice touch. And Monica was a great host. It was within easy reach of the station and high street, and just across the road from the Boating Lake and Seafront.
Freshly designed, sparkling clean and well kept place with helpful hosts! Scrumptious food in the nearby East Beach Cafe. You wouldn't like to stay in a 4 star chain hotel instead... We are definitely coming back!
Mark and Arleta were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our few days away in Littlehampton, and will certainly visit again.
