We like Greenford and Perivale.
We like Greenford and Perivale. Nice areas to stay in North London. We decided to go down Greenford Road and came across the best green grocers and other food shops. Fantastic fruit and veg. Decided to have a meal in PBK Punjabi Restaurant about 1/2 a mile from The Bridge Hotel and it was fantastic. Delicious Indian food and drink and excellent value for money. Ideal location for short, cheap break. 30 minutes by tube to central London with regular services. Went to great Mexican place Cocina in Uxbridge which is 10 miles from Greenford. Never found much in the way of restaurants in Greenford TBH

The location is great if heading to Wembley, buses run direct to the stadium and also if you’re heading into the city. The train station was an area I tried to avoid as it didn’t seem the most pleasant but still convenient if needed as it’s direct to the city centre.

The hotel was right next to a busy roundabout and flyover so not the most glamorous of locations but the bedrooms were very quiet admittedly with the windows shut. Overall the hotel and bar were in good order with very friendly staff.

What I paid for was like a small apartment ( it comes with a nice size bedroom, front room all heated floors, bathroom, kitchen comes with cooker, washing machine fridge and a garden etc) this price I would pay for a room in a hotel. Exceeded my expectation 10 out of 10 I will be going there again.
