It was clean and well equipped, and the annexe my sister and I stayed in was very quiet.

For £70 a night you can’t go wrong. This hotel is a 1 minute drive from McDonalds for easy food and a 3 minute drive from a Harvester restaurant. There’s a local corner shop down the road left which helps too.
The staff I found were friendly and really welcoming. This was really good to see.
The room was clean, tidy and the bed I must say was a comfortable king size.
Facilities were great, shower pressure being fantastic, complimentary coffee and tea (only downfall was the kettle was dirty inside so I had to use the downstairs kettle boiler) but everything else was great for £70.
With a light breakfast included which consisted of cereals, bread, butter and jam, yogurt and croissant you can’t complain.
Overall a good stay, myself and partner would choose this hotel.
Don’t expect 5 star but expect a very good room worth £70. Very good thank you Redwings.

I did not have breakfast, but the staff were kind enough to let me stay a little later than the check out time because I was running late. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast bag was a lovely touch, which was offered when I checked in and mentioned that I had an early departure. I thought it might be tricky to provide gluten free options last minute but you delivered. Gluten free brioche, juice box and fruit.
I was able to have a quick coffee before leaving, prepared for me by the duty manager. Great service, all the staff I spoke with at the hotel were friendly and efficient.
Nice shower and comfy bed.
Very convenient for the Luton Dart airport shuttle.
There for work. Two great Turkish / Middle Eastern restaurants in town. Both on the high street, one near the middle of town with public car park to the rear of the restaurant, the other towards the north of the town, next to a tyre fitting centre, I park in the tyre bar after they have closed at 6pm. Both restaurants have good service, however both are in the middle to higher price brackets. NOTE::: Traffic calming / speed limit in town centre is 20MPH.

It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast!
It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast! Only to find out the restaurant / breakfast area was up for rent and a big sign outside! Not what it advertised, only stay if it’s the last chance saloon! And you fancy popping a slice of bread in the toaster in the morning! Up side there’s a Macy 100 yards down the road!! Good luck 🤞.

The Sat-Nav made no mistakes and took us into the car-park.This is the worst place I have stayed in.I have the bed bug bites to prove it !!.
If i was a fighter pilot and had a full assortment of bombs and machine gun fire,I would irradicate this place off the map,and save the suffering of paying customers the onslaught of this place.

Have made complaint and booking.com have refused to offer any compensation as they state the hotel deny issues. Shower doesn’t work, WIFI doesn’t work, sofa bed ripped, breakfast is a joke. No milk!!

Used here for a game of football at wembley so just 25mins to Watford junction station car park and then 30 minute train to wembley. Dunstable itself is a bit run down and not really a tourist hot hot spot

Nothing worth looking at I.
Nothing worth looking at I. Dunstable .my hubby and I know Dunstable very well we lived in Houghton Regis,,we only use the highwayman during the evenings and to sleep,as we are visiting our family and friends..I am not continuing with the questionnaire as far as I'm concerned I have answered the main questions..
I really appreciate staying in a newly furnished apartment while I stay in the area for work. Not many apartments in Dunstable and Luton so this is a great little gem. Had everything I needed while I stayed with Aimee.
Great features, spacious and just had a really comfortable stay. Had allocated parking which I was worried I wouldn’t have + the kitchen, bathroom and living room were fully equipped with entertainment and amenities. Would definitely stay again with Huku Kwety
Excellent breakfast, surprised and happy that it had a bar and 24 hr food. Front desk personnel, wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Did note for a newish hotel some decor looking a little worn. Paint in shower on the ceiling peeling in corners. Using a flat paint will not hold up in moisture areas. The flat roof trim above the front doors could do with a power wash. These are nitt picking observations. Will stay again when visiting family thanks
there is a restaurant/pub on site, which is very convenient. Staff all seem to be local and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came in later than expected and no one was at the reception desk, so we just walked into the restaurant and a girl came immediately. the rooms are old and probably could use updated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower good. Short drive to Dunstable (or take a bus) which is a very charming town.
We were very nervous about traveling with 3 children but when they haven’t seen their grandparents in 19 months due to a global pandemic we needed to.
We found the hotel spotless and the rooms were amazing for us. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was relaxed and well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location if you going to venue on the High Street or closeby area.
Really clean rooms and fully fitted (communal) kitchen which is great if you rather just make your own meal.
Decent size bed, and comfy (it is very depends of your liking) mattress.
Very friendly stuff. Thank you for the great hosting.
The Guest House is just off the main high street in Dunstable and parking is around the back in a public car park (which is free from 6pm-8am). The room itself was clean, a good size and had everything I needed for an overnight stay prior to travelling from Luton Airport (only 20mins away)
The room had an easy to use and effective room heater. The breakfast area was superbly organised. Good opportunity throughout the hotel communal areas for hand sanitation. Plentiful free parking. Very pleasant front desk staff.
Most days you could order breakfast from the menu and it was included. On a really busy day for the hotel, there was a breakfast buffet and there were not too many food choices that appealed to me in that breakfast buffet.
Really friendly staff and breakfast eggs cooked to order (rather then all dried up like many hotels)
Rooms aren't posh, but really clean and beds and linen were very comfy. Great value and I'd definitely stay here again.
Location was convenient for Dunstable downtown. Breakfast included. Offstreet parking within hotel grounds. Very nice garden for sitting outside. Staff were responsive when we indicated we were disappointed by room.
Great service, Comfortable and clean stay.
Amazing breakfast to start the day!
Friendly and helpful host
Perfect stay for a night layover at Luton airport
