The Best Western Summit Inn is conveniently situated close to Old Fort Niagara and the Niagara Falls Air Force Base. Guests can also easily discover a variety of shopping centers, local restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Well let me start with the two young ladies who took care of breakfast bar. I was so impressed by both of them for their kindness and caring and helpfulness. I was a waitress for 43 years, If I had my own restaurant these two ladies would be part of my team. The two people that took care of the rooms were very pleasant and was also available for more towels and then he think we want it. And the front desk attendants no matter what time of day they were extremely friendly outstanding courtesy to older people like myself and my partner. They took great care of us, if I was to choose another place to stay again it certainly would be your place. So hats off to the whole team that works for you. Just a moment back to the two girls that help set up the breakfast part of my visit. I’m suggesting that maybe you will allow them to put a little cup so that they can see how great they both did their job, due what’s going on in the world. Like they say sometimes a little extra makes a big deal. So once again I’d like to thank you and all your staff for the five stars they deserve and more. I will be back again one day.

Located 18 miles from the Rochester city centre, this Brockport hotel is 19 miles from the National Toy Hall of Fame. A continental breakfast is served daily and free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Extremely neat, tidy, and clean. Huge room with 2 tvs and kitchen area. Wonderful!

Great location with easy walking access to downtown Lake Placid. We used the pool which was really nice and the breakfast was delicious in cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The Best Western On The Avenue offers guests a convenient location only a short drive from the legendary Niagara Falls. The University of Buffalo as well as the Buffalo Zoo and the Keybank Center are also nearby. The staff was so incredibly friendly and the room was SPOTLESS

The hotel is in a very convenient location to get around, & close to JFK airport. It was nice to have arrived to a clean, cossy room, with a comfortable bed, after a long flight. A good enough continental breakfast was included. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the reception team for being absolutely great from check-in to check-out.
