I would highly recommend the Best Western to anyone, the room spot on & the breakfast excellent
We just wanted to say thank you for a terrific stay at Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel and Spa. The room was excellent, the staff friendly and professional and the food was superb. We had a wonderful wedding anniversary! We also stayed at several other hotels that cost a similar amount as we explored the beauty of Wales. The Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel and Spa was not the most expensive but it was a cut above the rest and in every respect
The best western is good value for money overall. If nothing goes wrong
Fantastic location, right on the sea front. Close to a shop and a choice of restaurants Great staff Lovely breakfast. (I'm not a vegetarian but the vegetarian sausage was lovely). Pool with complimentary towels. Room was fine with a great sea view. Two lifts (which we needed as on the third floor) Solidly built building so no noise from outside the room (unlike some hotels with paper thin walls) We've stopped in a Best Western before and will do so again Will also stop here again the next time we're in the area.
I usually stay with a competitor brand endorsed by a famous comedian, and I didn't expect much from Best Western other than a place to sleep. However, the rooms were a good size, it was clean and well cared for. Whats more reception offers a lounge to wait for the kids whilst they get ready, coffee, or even something stronger if you would like.
Perfect for a few mates going to bwp.
It was what we wanted and up to booking expectations as all of the Best Western Hotels wr have stayed at.
We have been coming to this hotel since it was turned into a Best Western. I believe that recently the hotel has been taken over by a management company and although they deliver an okay service standard, all members of our party felt that the staff could have been more forthcoming.
Nothing, I will try to avoid Best Western in future, although we have used them before and found them very good.
