The reception was incredibly friendly and helpful and the cleaners was very compentent and friendly! Could not be more pleased with the staff. The rooms were as clean as could be, and we were very pleased with the daily service.

Located within 5 minutes’ walk of London Victoria Rail and Underground Station, the Best Western Buckingham Palace Rd is just a 15-minute walk from Buckingham Palace and its gardens. Excellent location- close to Victoria Station, both Coach and train. Local buses and tube are very close, as well as many shops and pubs to get food. The staff were very polite and the room was always clean! Having breakfast (very versatile, I may add) in the room is only a plus. Will book again this hotel when I'm in London.

Aquesta casa unifamiliar encantadora d'estil victorià té una ubicació tranquil·la i alhora cèntrica, a pocs metres de l'estació de metro de Swiss Cottage de Londres. Located in the very front of Swiss Cottage Underground station (Jubilee Line), so convenient to connect everywhere famous in London. Every staff was kind, and the cleaning service was perfect. As a foreigner, I had a sort of fantasy about the 'English breakfast', but the fantasy was just a fantasy. I think it's very difficult to find a hotel like this with good price and quality in London.

Conveniently situated, Best Western London Higbury overlooks picturesque Finsbury Park and is a 5-minute walk from Finsbury Park Underground Station, providing excellent access to central London. Incredible value for money. No complaints at all better than expected

Ilford’s Best Western Greater London enjoys a town centre location just 3 minutes’ walk from the train station. The hotel was very close to Ilford station, I had a nice big room, in the morning I received my breakfast package, it was very enough (bread, butter, cheese, honey, eggs, tea, etc). There was a lift in the hotel, so it was easy to go up to the room. Nice, big, clean room with bathroom, towel, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. Comfortable bed with TV in the room. Helpful staff
