The hotel is set in its own secluded grounds, surrounded by stunning European-award-winning parkland that sweeps down to the banks of the River Severn. The world-famous Ironbridge is less than 10 minutes’ walk down the river from the hotel. The location was superb, next to a lovely park on the board of the river, an easy stroll into Ironbridge. The hotel was great but probably the best thing about it was the staff and the service, that alone would make you want to return. We were there for a wedding, staying 2 nights, and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The staff was amazing! The reception was incredibly friendly and helpful and the cleaners was very compentent and friendly! Could not be more pleased with the staff. The rooms were as clean as could be, and we were very pleased with the daily service.
