The hotel was an excellent value for 2 rooms during the solar eclipse weekend where every other hotel was outrageously priced, Best Western was a bargain! The facilty, although a bit out-dated was clean for the most part. The atmosphere was nice, not a lot of noise.

Right near the Alamo, less than 10 minutes from the bus station, and 5 minutes from the River Walk. The location can't be beat for the price, and the room was very comfortable. If I return to San Antonio, I'll definitely check availability at Best Western first rather than look for hotels in general. That's something I rarely do when returning to a place.
