This hotel exceeded our already high expectations! The staff were so lovely and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and had such variety and the hotel was so modern. Our room was just fabulous, we had a mini bar in the mini fridge full of snacks on arrival, we had a huge private terrace all to ourselves with a table and chairs and a sun lounger, our bed was so comfortable and the air-con was really appreciated and needed in the 40° heat!! The hotel is located only a 6 minute walk from the Ri de Roma metro station, amazing location!! We got such amazing value for money and had a really fantastic time here. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. You will not regret it. We will 100% be returning whenever we decide to go back to Rome. Thank you so much!!😊

Housed in a beautiful historic villa, Ars Hotel is located in Rome's Monte Sacro district. In the surroundings there are many shops, restaurants and public parks.

I have only good things to say about this facility! Staid at this hotel for two days during the new year's celebrations in Rome, I was very pleased with the service and facility, so much so that it felt wrong not to write a review. Arrived at the hotel the day of the 30th and was able to park my car really close to the entrance, the hotel offers inside parking but is based on availability and I didn't take advantage of this feature... Fortunately it seemed like they are located in a quiet residential area of the city, and although difficult, some parking was available pretty much always. I ended up using the public transport most of the time but it was nice knowing the car was right there if needed. Check-in was pretty straight forward, the clerk was nice, efficient and very prepared. She provided information on the facility itself and also on how to move around Rome during our stay. Moving around a city is always difficult, the tips she gave us for the public transport were very much appreciated. The room was cozy and clean with all the standard features, the staff had also left a bottle of "spumante" in the room as a thank you for choosing them for our new year's stay. The bathroom was also very clean and nice, not too spacious but just fine for 2 people and everything was in its place... Breakfast was really nice, all the classics were present: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese, jams etc. It was also nice to see items only seen in higher end hotels like: hard boiled eggs, different types of "cornetti" (croissants), cakes and more. Breakfast staff was excellent! The place is clearly very nice and very well kept, but for my experience the best feature of the structure was the staff! A very efficient and well assembled team that went above and beyond to provide a great service. I have worked in a "Best Western" in the past and that's why I continue choosing this chain.

The staff were amazing. Sara was so kind and helpful. I usually stay at 5 star hotels but because we had such a large number of toddlers traveling with us, we decided to stay somewhere that was kid friendly. Plus, we wanted to be near the Vatican, so we choose the Best Western Plus Spring House Hotel. The staff gets a 5 star rating. Great hotel!

I was not expecting too much of this hotel because Best Western in the US is a bare bones hotel. This was exceptionally good from the moment you check in. Friendly staff, clean room and an excellent buffet breakfast staffed with friendly employees that cater to you and will bring you an espresso drink if you so desire. The location is very good, not upscale, but for the price it's fine. Near the Coliseo and public transport if you need to move around the city.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, or from a Best Western in general (in the US, I don't find them to be great). But the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. If you're in a place like Rome, you shouldn't be spending much time in your hotel anyway -- you should want something well-located, comfortable and affordable so that you can see the city; Hotel Raffeallo is totally all of these things.

Really easy and friendly check-in, and check-out. In particular, the young lady checking us in was wonderful in helping us locate a nearby delivery service, which was very important to us and saved a lot of worry.. In response to our query, she also helped in the nicest way for us to enjoy a fabulous dinner at an easy walking distance restaurant. Then again - it is Best Western...
