Check-in and checkout were quick; staff was amazing and helpful with all questions. For English-speaking travelers, front desk workers all speak great English and will offer help whenever needed. Location was great for buses, airport transfer, and metro; we walked most places because Genoa is a small city.

Location was very convenient, since you are in the historic downtown, very close to the port. Room was on a small size for 4 people, but this is Italy, and usually rooms are not that big. Room had a very charming marble balcony. Breakfast was good enough, and staff was nice and helpful.

Close to the city center, walk a bit then you will arrive the main street where there are so many nice pasta restaurants.
