Excellent location within walking distance to the train station (~1.5km) and to the Pisa tower (~0.5km). The host was very kind to welcome us into the property and show us to our room. We liked that they have a tie up with a nice cafe for an Italian breakfast which included coffee, croissant some bread and juice. They were all very good 👍 The walls are not modern thick/with insulation so expect a bit of noise in the morning when they city wakes up, but we didn't mind that at all.

Beds are so comfortable that we wanted to stay longer to get real sleep! Luca with his final touch and professionalism make you feel like you are in a 5 ⭐️ Hotel and more than that! Location couldn’t be better!

It’s located closer to the Firenze downtown The manager is so friendly, helpful ! The room is nice , spacious! The breakfast is very good as well!So I’d highly recommend to stay there !

Situated in Florence, Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca provides accommodation with a seating area and flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is provided. Everything was perfect in this little hotel. The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.
