Location is more than perfect just across the lake and the ferry stop and 5 mins from city center as well. The stuff is extremely kind and welcoming. Would definitely go there again. Me and my girlfriend very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy and beautiful B&B. Andrea gave us great recommendations on beach spots around lago maggiore and even took the liberty to book us into a great restaurant just a couple of minutes walking distance as we were arriving a little bit later in the afternoon and it being busy season it was really appreciated. Authentic and comfortable room with a stunning view over the lake from the bedroom and the bathroom. Great little breakfast as well with a selection of mortadella, salami, cheese and sweets (Panna cotta was amazing) Overall a great stay and we would recommend anyone to stay with Andrea and Valeria

Excellent place, comfortable and newly renovated room, perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Very quiet place, just a 10 minutes walk to the city center and the train station. Recommended!!!

Excellent bed and bed linen. High standard of finish to decor and furniture. Huge choice at breakfast and coffee to order. Great to have parking a short walk away. Staff were very welcoming and attentive, we wish you every success in the future.
