Located in Castleton, 16 km from Buxton Opera House, Bulls Head, Castleton provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. We loved our stay in Bulls head. The staff was very friendly, the room incredibly clean and the breakfast was nice to start our day with. Our dogs were welcome in the restaurant downstairs, and the food was very good as well! The location is a perfect starting point for beautiful hikes, particularly Mam Tor. We will definitely be back.

Set 6.2 km from Buxton Opera House, 27 km from Chatsworth House and 33 km from Capesthorne Hall, The Old Barn provides accommodation located in Buxton. We had a lovely stay with Lynn and Pete. They are very friendly and warm hosts. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A lovely bright bathroom. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Lynn gave us lots of information about the area. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The room has been tastefully refurbished with quality furniture and bedding, bathroom was quirky with a mirror that connects to your Bluetooth and plays your music. Very very clean. Included breakfast was delicious.

Kingscroft is a wonderful place to visit by itself, given the fascinating decor and charismatic hosts. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and the facilities clean. We had a great nights sleep. The pre-ordered breakfasts offered a wide selection of cold and hot breakfast items, highly adjustable to one's preferences. The hosts further provided us with recommendations of local restaurants and activities.

Situato a Curbar, in un edificio risalente al 18° secolo, il Derwentwater Arms offre un bar e camere con WiFi gratuito. Staff were very welcoming. Food in the pub was fabulous we ate there both nights and there was a great and varied selection on the menu. Room was very comfortable and very clean and toiletries smelt amazing! Already looking to book again!
