Black tea and a biscuit in the morning is a great way to start your day. Enough room to unpack your suitcase. I especially loved the desk with a mirror. All my questions were promptly answered. Highly recommend this guest house for your stay in Edinburgh.

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay. Dannii was such a wonderful and welcoming host. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Quiet location - just a short Uber or Taxi drive from the city.

The property is a calm oasis, with a gorgeous garden and beautiful art pieces from around the world on every floor. The furnishings are very tasteful and enhance the Georgian design. Our breakfasts were a highlight,and some of the best we’ve had. Rowena is a masterful cook and baker (her sourdough homemade bread is addictive). Her husband Tom gave us great suggestions on where to go and eat. We wished we had more time to try everything on his list!

The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. I loved my room ,the fresh and delicious breakfast, the owner are very kind and helpful. I felt that I am a family member. The location is very good , the guesthouse is in a nice quite street, and we can reach the famous touristic places by public transport easily . I am sure that I will choose the guesthouse again.
