Super clean condo with everything I needed including cookware, plates, laundry detergent, and some basic toiletries. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and water pressure was great. I used the washer/dryer combo which was great to have in unit. The condo is located 50 meters from a grocery store, which is very convenient. Also nearby is an ATM, shops, restaurants and cafes - right in the heart of downtown Funchal. The property manager was very helpful/responsive. I paid for parking and it was worth it - great, private lot. There is an elevator in the building which is good for luggage. And the area/building were very quiet. I was on the street side and barely heard anything outside. Highly recommend. Will stay here again if in Funchal.

Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels er 200 metrum frá Porto Moniz-náttúrusundlaugunum í Porto Moniz. Boðið er upp á gistirými með aðgangi að gufubaði og heitum potti. Great hotel, perfect location. Nice breakfast in the nearby hotel 1 min walk. Jacuzzi on the roof, massages etc in the nearby sister hotel . Even has a little kitchen inside the rooms so you can cook a small meal, have tea/coffee. We had a great time.

The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Fort Bay Suite Apartments er staðsett í innan við 200 metra fjarlægð frá Sao Roque-ströndinni og 300 metra frá Banda d'Alem-ströndinni. Close to the beach, centre, clean, a lot of space, easy check-in, one of the best places in Madeira to stay overall. Will certainly come back!

Blue House er nýuppgerð íbúð í Ponta do Sol, 70 metrum frá Lugar de Baixo-ströndinni. Hún státar af þaksundlaug og fjallaútsýni. Gististaðurinn er við ströndina og er með verönd. The best place for vacation. Everything was very clean. The room has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The owner is a very good and pleasant person. I recommend this hotel💕

CASA CAROTO er staðsett í Porto Moniz, aðeins 4,6 km frá Porto Moniz-náttúrusundlaugunum og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, comfy beds, gorgeous view. The host went above and beyond with providing us with things - laundry detergent, apples and bananas, bottle of wine, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Excellent!!

Social Lodge - Happiness er staðsett í Funchal, 1,3 km frá Almirante Reis-ströndinni og 300 metra frá miðbænum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og verönd. Everything was perfect. The location is a few minutes away from the center. In the apartment you can find everything you need and there is a lot of space. The host is very friendly and helped me with everything I wanted to know and needed. I totally recommend it with all my heart. There is no private parking but you can let the car on the streets (there are some rules, here I asked the host and I received all the information I needed) or there is a parking place close to the apartment (4.5 euro per day).

The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Living Funchal Executive er staðsett í innan við 2,7 km fjarlægð frá Gorgulho - Gavinas-ströndinni og 400 metra frá Marina do Funchal í Funchal. Boðið er upp á gistirými með setusvæði. Perfect apartment - size, equipment, parking place, location (near to port, beach, old town, restaurants & shopping mall), we loved it.
