Situated within 700 metres of British Museum and 1.1 km of Euston Station in the centre of London, Cleveland Residences Russell Square features accommodation with free WiFi and a kitchenette. The property and the room was very clean. The property also had an amazing smell once you entered inside at the front. The host and staff were very professional and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Great central location. I loved that the train station was a short walking distance away.

Godt utstyrt leilighet med 1 soverom, perfekt for familie på 3 med en tenåring. Rent og delikat, flott innredet. Særlig kjøkkenet var imponerende, med en liten oppvaskmaskin og Smeg vannkoker og brødrister. Det var også panner og kjøkkenutstyr til å lage mer avansert mat. Vi spiste frokost i leiligheten hver morgen. Det var 2 store TV, et i hvert rom. Store vinduer i begge rom som ga lys og god utsikt. God beliggenhet, enkelt å komme seg rundt. To metro stopp i nærheten. God restaurant rett ved siden av. Og 2-3 andre restauranter i 3 minutters gange unna. En velassortert matbutikk 2 minutters gange unna hotellet. Ikke rengjøring med i prisen, men vi klarer å rydde etter oss selv, og vi fikk nye håndklær når vi ba om det. Hyggelig personalet som alltid smilte til oss og hilste oss velkommen.

It seems that we finally found the perfect hotel in London. Location, price and conditions are in harmony. When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

After a whirlwind 24 hours of travel with my child, we had our plane tickets canceled by the airline, then missed our ferry, and landed a day late in London. Thanks to Native Bankside, what could have been a logistical nightmare and a travel disaster turned into a story of exceptional customer care. The understanding shown by the reservations manager was nothing short of a relief. He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

Apartment was very nice, good equipment for everything you would Need, everything was clean! Best part was the location, right next to the cathedral with Easy access to city Transportation services.

Attractively set in the Tower Hamlets district of London, Bob W Tower Hill Studios is situated less than 1 km from Tower of London, a 10-minute walk from Tower Bridge and 1.1 km from Sky Garden. It was a lovely room - clean and warm. No issues with check in and check out. A lot of amenities - like floor heating in the bathroom, loaded Instax camera, ear plugs, bottles for multiple use, phone chargers, tv with Chromecast. Easy communication wth the host- replies within minutes. Nice location - near by river, subway, pubs and a groceries store.
