The property also had an amazing smell once you entered inside at the front. The host and staff were very professional and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Great central location. I loved that the train station was a short walking distance away.

When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

It was a lovely room - clean and warm. No issues with check in and check out. A lot of amenities - like floor heating in the bathroom, loaded Instax camera, ear plugs, bottles for multiple use, phone chargers, tv with Chromecast. Easy communication wth the host- replies within minutes. Nice location - near by river, subway, pubs and a groceries store.
