Staying at luxury apartment in Epsom was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the meticulously designed space, I was enveloped in luxury and comfort. The apartment was immaculately clean, making my stay truly indulgent. The convenience of having parking available was a definite plus, adding to the overall ease of my experience. The attention to detail by Mechanical Properties Short Lets and Serviced Accommodation truly sets them apart, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Lovely modern interior. Comfy and well equipped. Open plan kitchen and lounge, well sized and very good kitchen equipment and utensils. Hoover, mop and bucket, and laundry rack provided. Good size fitted wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Complimentary bathroom toiletries and two toilet rolls. Also Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits etc. Just like staying at a hotel. Loved it. Excellent location. Everything on your doorstep. Wished i could have rented it permantly. Was sad to leave. Extended my stay twice!

Everything - location, cleanliness, facilities, essentials etc. Family of 3 on long period and extended stay. Clean and beautiful apartment complete with all necessary household items, essentials, kitchen appliances etc. which made us feel like at home, nothing less. Will not hesitate to stay here again in future. The host Taylor was very friendly and approachable and did the best to cater our needs.

Nice and clean, very comfortable and a pleasant stay, TV was good and facilities. Good. Central eating perfect lovely and warm a good shower facilities. Hundred percent recommend

The apartment was a great size, clean and has a great location! Parking facilities were brilliant, collecting the key was easy using a key box, location is fantastic - a 10/15 min walk into the town centre, costcutter is below for ease of getting anything, a pub next door if you don’t fancy cooking or there are takeaways about a 5 minute walk. Apartment was clean and a good size for a family of 3. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding locally and I’m so glad I found this place to stay!! Will happily stay again.

everything was fine, except that thee apartment was not cleaned after the former guest. So when I arrived the apartment had dirth dishes, dirty linen and internet not functioning. However, after an hour came a cleaner and cleaned. But a sheet was missing, which I have to buy. My son, who lives in Epsom, fixedd the internet connection
