This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.

We've stayed in SoBe many times and this is our new favorite. Loved the pool being right off the living room. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine, plenty of Nespresso pods and toiletries. Hotellet ligger i gå-afstand til Fort Lauderdales vidunderlige strand og til masser af lækre butikker og restauranter. Gratis parkering er et ekstra plus! Værterne var utroligt hjælpsomme og hurtige til at svare på alt, både før og under rejsen. Hotellet ligger et meget trygt sted og med den mest fantastiske beliggenhed og udsigt ud over det smukke kanalområde med luksusbåde og kæmpevillaer. Lejligheden var veludstyret, og selv om hotellet ligger lige ved Las Olas Boulevard, hørte vi ingen støj om natten. Poolområdet er hyggeligt, men vi nød især vores dejlige balkon med den fantastiske udsigt over de smukke omgivelser. Vi glæder os allerede til at komme tilbage!

We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the ocean. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach. It was quiet, yet close to everything.

We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.
