The location made it really easy to walk into the town to explore places it would be a ten /fifteen minute walk to and from places such as the national railway museum or the York museum or the wall which you can walk across and sightsee. The hot tub was lovely although water temp dropped on second night and no instructions to help with this. So instructions would be helpful. The view will be gone soon as lodges are being built directly behind so it will be quite boxed in which is a pity as it does have a photo of a field behind it .
