The property was spotless and a great size/price/location. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. Lots of bits available for use in the kitchen, comfortable beds (bar the sofa bed). We were using the property for a wedding down the road with our two small children and had a great stay. We would stay here again.

Location was safe and clean. It was located in a nice area with many shops and restaurants and walking distance to the tube. They allowed us to check in around 12PM which was amazing after a long day of traveling.

Stayed for 3 nights, very close to Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington subway lines which was very convenient. Hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood, felt very safe walking to hotel at night from the subway. Hotel staff were exceptional. Doorman would open and close door for us during the daytime hours which was nice. Receptionists always greeted us with a smile. Small patio area in the back is nice touch for those looking to have lunch in hotel.
