This hotel was good for a single night's stay before catching a morning flight from Heathrow. We didn't have the breakfast, but paid for an evening meal in the restaurant, which was fine. The room was good and comfortable, plenty of space. There is a shuttle bus which picks up from all the surrounding hotels to the airport, which is convenient, if expensive.

The room, location and facilities were great. I'd say the curtain for the bathtub wasn't clean enough and they should provide handwash in the washroom. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and it's so easy to explore both London and Slough including other areas. It's a good location for families with kids to spend time in the nearby playgrounds.

Good location for Terminal 5 but the hotel didn’t remind us to check if our car was ULEZ compliant. That would have been more than helpful as we incurred a fine arriving and leaving the hotel. We have suggested that to the hotel but as yet haven’t had a response.
A warning in the website for those of us unfamiliar with ULEZ would be more than helpful.

Beautiful Hotel, very clean, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable beds, relatively close to Heathrow and on a bus line which you can transfer to an underground or train but still over an hour to central London.

Stayed one night before our flight home, but what a great experience. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The room was great and we slept well. Best of all, the vegan dining options for both dinner and breakfast were fabulous.
Will definitely stay here agin.

When we arrived the registration system was down but we were given a free drink voucher at the bar. This was appreciated but the bar service lacked any service or customer service. The restaurant service on the other hand was superb, thanks to our waiter Lennon. Our room was very comfortable and clean. No sound whatsoever from the airport. Before arriving, I needed to investigate how we would get to the hotel from the airport and found information on the Hotel Hoppa bus. It would be beneficial if the hotel advertised this information to advise how easy it is to get to the hotel using this service. We found the bus stop outside the arrivals of terminal 2/3. The bus was H2X Renaissance Hotel. Also, a brief description on where to locate the Hoppa from at each terminal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I booked this as I had a fairly early flight which I thought would go from T3 (but it went from T5!). Anyway - if I were to stay around the airport again I'm not sure it's good value for money despite the convenience - compared with other options available - as you still have to either get the Heathrow Express (free connection) or walk quite a distance from T3/T2 train/underground station as the hotel is really at T2. Heathrow is a bit of a maze anyway - it's a big sprawling airport, and the signage to the hotel was a bit confusing - however the link to the YouTube video that was attached to my booking was SUPER helpful and I'd advise anyone moving through terminals to the hotel to watch it. The hotel itself is lovely and staff were great - I just felt I'd spent a lot of money for a convenience that ended up not being so convenient in the end.
The hotel had only been open 3 days when we visited, so was naturally bright and clean. Staff were polite at all times and even whilst they were still learning some of the system they would hold a conversation and not leave you waiting in silence.
Rooms are very spacious with comfortable large bed and there is no noise from the aircraft’s flying close overhead.
The location to Hatton Cross is excellent to be able to jump straight into the Piccadilly line of the tube and be in central London in 40 mins.
We were in London for one night only with an early flight out the next day. It was comfortable, extremely quiet, clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is actually in the airport proper so we were able to easily access other terminals and London via the underground. They were also able to accommodate us with an earlier check in. Terminal 4 is now open so there we were able to connect to Terminal 5 with no problems whatsoever.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they were spacious and had lots of amenities such as a safe, fridge, ironing table and iron, coffee machine etc.
Our family room had 2 separate bedrooms- one with a king bed and the other with two singles. More than enough space for our family of 4.
The reception area and bar were very nice.
The friendly staff made this already nice hotel into an outstanding couple of days. Everything in the hotel was fresh, clean, and orderly. The spa area was quite nice, though the jacuzzi water is just warm, not hot. The saunas were just the right temperature and very clean. The towels and linens throughout were very fine.
location just perfect. From leaving hotel to walk to Uxbridge Tube and getting the Metropolitan Tube, we were in Leicester Square within the hour. The property itself is excellent as was the evening meal and breakfast. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
Definitely a step above most airport hotels. The location is fantastic - simple access to the airport and an easy trip into central London - and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and other amenities (restaurant and shops) were high quality.
A very nice welcome at reception after a long journey to London. A great location for Terminal 5 and surprisingly quiet. Good signposting and instructions on reaching Hotel via the Hub. The reception area very bright and clean and would liked to have had more time to enjoy food choices.
Location. I flew into London last minute without a place to stay, and this hotel filled that gap. All I had to do was book on my phone then walk across the parking garage to the entrance. Breakfast was awesome, and the restaurant greeter was endearingly kind to me.
Very friendly and helpful staff; convenient location next to the train station with direct trains to Heathrow (~15 mins ride) and the center of London (~25 mins ride to Paddington). Trains go every 10 mins. Decent size supermarket right next to the hotel.
The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
This very basic hotel is located 4 miles from Heathrow Airport terminal 5 right on Bus Route 350 which costs $2 payable by credit card, or spend $30 by London Black Cab. There are ethnic restaurants close by plus the train station is an easy walk.
What a nice surprise. The room was clean and spacious, nice contrast to the hotel I had in London, which can be described as 'closet' but was more than twice the money than what I paid at Leonardo, Breakfast was excellent
room tiny and poorly maintained with old and poorly maintained fittings - bed was ok, clean sheets and towels - tv ok - wifi ok - no window but I expected that - £35 for the night i suppose was cheap for the London area
The room was super clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean too. Staff were super friendly and the hotel also has a great restaurant. Very close to the London Heathrow airport (a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel).
I stay at this hotel because it is right by Heathrow Airport! The courteous service, accommodations and food are excellent! I started staying here in 2019 and I continue to return when I stay in London!
Restaurant in the hotel had an amazing burger. Short walk to t4 where there was a tube station and bus depot. Staff was very helpful. Only 50 minutes to the centre of London via tube
The location was quite close to bus stops that led to the tube station and Uxbridge shopping centre. The house also had all our needed amenities and the hosts were very responsive.
The hotel is right besides the station and bus stops resulting in great connectivity to London centre or nearby areas. The in house restaurant was very nice.
