Lovely place with very helpful staff who made lots of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was great and the hotel has a very relaxed feel. We will happily return. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. The location of the hotel in Perissa is fantastic, very central, with everything on your doorstep. Perissa is quieter than we expected but only 20 mins from Fira by bus, which was very cheap and easy to use.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. The atmosphere was relaxed. The accommodation was fabulous. We had a junior suite, large terrace, big plunge pool, huge comfortable bed, fabulous shower, much better than we expected. Elena was amazing, always cheerful and looked after our room for our stay. The whole complex was spotless. Breakfast was great and again the staff were so bright and cheery every morning.

The hotel should’ve provided bottled water at least for the first night. That would be expected for a 4* hotel. And especially in a country where water cannot be drunk from the tap and it’s salty. Secondly breakfast could’ve been improved, everything was too salty.

The staff were so accommodating to us travelling with a baby. They gave us a room on the ground floor making it easier and accessible with a stroller. It’s really clean and beautiful hotel. The private pool was amazing. Cleaner was so friendly and helpful. Location was great as we wanted to stay somewhere with mostly flat land.

Room was clean. Location is good, just a short walk to perissa beach and there’s shops and restaurants around. There’s a local bus to Fira very close to the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating Breakfast had variety and was ok.

The drains in the bathroom gave off a sewage smell when used and the light from the aircon unit and emergency lighting above the door lights up the whole room at night making it very difficult to sleep.

Close to beach and restaurants but in a quieter location than some areas on Santorini such as Fira and Oia. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool is nice and private and the room is nice and modern.

I have no complains, I was happy with what I had.

Not much, it was exactly as shown online. Only thing to be aware of is it’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and roads / pavements are a bit ropey.

Great hotel, the staff were fantastic! We booked the honeymoon suite as travelling with 2 little kids and I think it’s the only room big enough for 4. It was a great setup. Loved the plunge pool. The staff really made the holiday, so friendly.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom due to Santorini’s poor sewerage. Would have been good to know prior to booking, however the staff did their best to help and made the stay worthwhile

Room design isn't comfortable and the layout is difficult. We kept hitting our head against the ceiling in the loft area. Breakfast was mediocre.

Hotel is cute and has its charming appeal, but a bit outdated. A lot of things need to be replaced, furniture in the room, around the pool and around the facility. It's clean and the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning staff is doing the best job.
