THEREI SI NO ROOM SERVICE WHERE AS REST OF DUBAI PROVIDES EXCELLENT ROOM SERVICE. IF YO UWANT TO HAVE RELAXED HOLIDAYS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. EVEN YOUR DINNER PLATES HAS TO TO BE CARRIED BY YOURSEFL FORM KITCHEN, DISUISTING EXPERICE. LUGGAGE NO MATTER HOW BIG IS, NOBODY HELPS YOU . YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. IF SAME IN EURPOE OR AUSTRALIA WE UNDERSTAND BUT HERE IN DUBAI ITS SHOCKING EXPERIENCE.

The only staff members who try to go beyond their way to help me was Mr.sampath & Mr.Nazim & Mr.rahul whom I would like to say a big thank you to.I felt how others did the bare minimum while these people tried their best.

I have stayed in numerous hotels where they try to accommodate your needs and have a microwave in the lobby area.but in this hotel the reception staff didn't want to help.My only request for all these 7 days was to heat up my meal since they didn't provide a microwave.there was a Starbucks and a restaurant where there was a microwave but the reception staff said that "it was not a part of the hotel" and because someone died after eating a microwaved food in U.A.E he didn't want to microwave my food.what a crazy opinion is that?Surprisingly other hotels doesn't follow this misconception.Moreover the Management offered me a meal as a service recovery for my complain but my request was to heat up my own meal which they denied.

No toiletries, no towel, no drinking water. I was instructed to be cautious as others are long-term tenants, but their room’s sound system is like they’re having a party until 5 a.m.
