The hotel and the room were up to standard. I had asked for a set up, with rose petals and balloons and a bottle of bubbly in the rooms. Melanie & Ashley were stars in assisting with everything I had requested, and everything was exactly how I imagined it to be. Check in process was smooth, Yomelela was great, she was very friendly and accommodating. We loved everything, we are definitely coming back.

The staff were exceptional and helpful(reception, restaurant and house keeping). The location is super, close to the water front, city center and a few mins drive to other hotspots. Water front view from my suite with a balcony was a plus. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommend for couples and solo travellers. Would definitely visit again. 👍🏾
