Situated in Stock, 9.2 km from Hylands Park, The Harvard Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Lovely place to stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was delicious and really good value.

Stayed for 2 nights 21 to 23 September What's there not to like? My stay was exceptional. The place itself has a cottage like vibe. It has everything you need and the decor, features etc is very high spec. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. A TV with "proper" channels including netflix, very comfortable indeed. Lesley is on hand to answer and help with any questions or queries about the area and things to do. Plus they also offer a very reasonable, very flexible taxi service. Tiptop!!! The cottage is warm and cosy. It is set back in an area surrounded by beautiful green land and in a garden with lovely garden furniture and ample seating areas. It really has the best backdrop. There is also a fully equipped gym which I had the opportunity to use, very considerate to open it up for guests. The hosts have thought about everything you may need for a comfortable getaway. They were brilliant hosts, Lesley and Pat, their welcome was more like going to stay with friends for the weekend! The nicest people you would ever want to meet, hands on, making sure you're comfortable, super pleasant, engaging and just really really nice folks. I highly recommend the Glen Adorable... the name says it all!

Clean and bright room. Nice size bathroom. Very close to seafront. Parking very close by. Zara was very welcoming and attentive.

Viva Guest House er gistiheimili með garði og sameiginlegri setustofu í Clacton-on-Sea, í sögulegri byggingu í 300 metra fjarlægð frá Clacton-ströndinni. Absolutely amazing, very homely, breakfast was excellent

Ivy Todd Cottage er gististaður með garði í Debden, 6,5 km frá Audley End House, 13 km frá Stansted Mountfitchet-stöðinni og 30 km frá háskólanum University of Cambridge. We loved everything about our stay. The cottage is super warm and comfy, you feel like better than in a 5 stars hotel!!! White linen and towels and robes. The attention to detail of Joan and John is out of this world, with plenty of fresh food. They left for my partner gluten free options of everything and even all kind of dog food for our Queen. They left a birthday cake for me and a card... The area is fantastic with very nice hikes to do around the house. Saffron is a cute village with a very nice local market on Saturday, worth the visit!

I booked this place for my adult son because he had an early flight the next morning. He messaged me whilst he was there and told me how comfortable and well located it was. Parking for his car and easy access to Stansted. Perfect.
