The twin room was very good, quaint if a little small. Coffee making facilities were excellent.

Front desk staff were very warm and friendly. We were told that our room had been upgraded. Nice pleasant room. There was evidence of the room had been recently decorated and strong smell of paint as your entered but not too overbearing.

Very good hotel/ pub restaurant. Bedrooms were tasteful with lovely period features. We ate at the hotel which was very good and the breakfast was as good as it gets. The staff were a delight and all set in a very good location. If working or visiting the area again, it will be the first place I will look to book.

Frequent buses and trains to London and outlying areas.
Frequent buses and trains to London and outlying areas. Bromley North has some amazing eateries, but you have to book well in advance. Bromley has a great Theatre where you can be entertained by great shows etc
Lewisham is not far by bus and you can catch the DLR from there, which can take you to great places like Greenwich. If you want to explore further into Kent, you can travel to Rochester which is another place well worth visiting. And further afield there are some great seaside places like Margate and Whitstable. You can reach these by train or car.

Looking at the dinning room, it appeared that only two rooms were occupied. We had an issue with our curtains in that we couldn’t move them. One stuck pulled back and one stuck shut so woke with a sun filled room at 6.30 am We left a note re the curtains but got a note left back to us to say they couldn’t be fixed

The Crown Inn Chislehurst is where we stayed…. The staff from the manager to the cleaning ladies were exceptional in the care and service they provided us. Nothing was too problematic for them . They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was excellent and cooked to order. Would highly recommend them.
The local train station gave easy access into London. If have a car and drive south pleasant countryside and interesting places to visit.

it was a nice experience nice area easy to travel to... staff were very pleasant we stayed in accommodation the whole time as myself and husband live in bromely but was just nice to get out of our own home. the spa was nice and relaxing, clean and tidy. i would stay again as a get away.
Close to Beckenham Junction Station, with frequent trains into London and Trams into Croydon. If you are there as a tourist and fancy a longer train ride, Bromley South, 2 stops down, has connection to Canterbury and Kent Coast for day trips.
Beckenham has loads of restaurants and cafes, so spoilt for choice where and what to eat.
The hotel itself is fantastic, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast was great.
Free WiFi.
The Tamasha is India in Bromley. The resturant and bar are steeped in Indian culture with very interesting pictures and artifacts.
The welcome started as I walked in and continued throughout my stay. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The indian cuisine was also good.
If you want a different experience from the usual hotels and you like Indian culture the Tamasha is a great alternative.
It is a short walk from the town centre.
Value for money
My daughter relocated to London and we had 4 heavy suitcases that we were travelling around with and Avis Hotel so kindly allowed us to bring our cases to the premises before check-in and after we had checked out. This was a great relief as I am not sure what we would have done.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was great, it is value for money.
Stayed for a family visit on a bank holiday weekend. Its a typical urban outer London area and our expectations were low. Astonishingly good value. Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms, good service, great buffet breakfast. Literally half the price of the nearest Premier Inn with very similar quality and facilities. Will definitely stay again.
The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - important when you need to be fresh for work. So comfortable I asked staff for the name of the mattress makers. Terrific breakfast too. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and a good bed, good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff tick all the essential boxes for me.
Best hotel I know of in the whole area, have been to all of them several times over the years, believe me. Perfect location, professional staff, very nice rooms. Will stick with Brama from now on as long as they have rooms available.
Good location in Bromley about 25 minutes walk from the train station or a few minutes in a car. Plenty of parking if you do drive. Room was spacious. Hotel itself seemed clean and was hosting two parties on the night we stayed.
Free luggage storage is possible before check-in. Comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Hotel is well connected with Vicroria Station (20min) by direct train. Late check-out (12.00, midday). Very affortable
The hotel is located right across from Eden Park train station. It's only a 30-minute journey from here to the center of London. Free parking and a room that exceeds expectations in terms of quality.
Extremely clean. The host was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. The location was great for the places we wanted to go.Would definitely book again when we travel up to Bromley area.
Good location for our family meet ups in Bromley, Locksbottom, and Orpington.
Great to be able to park car on the drive as parking in that area is very difficult
