Good location, nice interior and brilliant gym/pool/spa facilities. As we've just had significant birthdays and it was our anniversary I sent a cheeky email suggesting they may like to upgrade us (never done anything like this before) but they couldn't as the hotel was fully booked. Instead we were met at reception with a smile and wished happy birthdays then in our room found complimentary wine and chocolates with a lovely hand written card. Very busy hotel where all the staff do their utmost to make it a great stay.
