I had a lagoon access room -it was beautiful. Comfy bed and well appointed although could have done with some drawers for clothes. Staff couldnt have been more gorgeous and the location was perfect. Was able to walk to W resort (incredible) and Potato Head Resort for sunset drinks. The girls at the day spa were also lovely and I had a wonderful 1.5 hour Balinese massage for less than $60 AUD! Both my friend and I were really happy with our decision to stay. Oh....and the patisserie....OMG delicious

My recent stay at Swarga Suites Bali Berawa left me with mixed feelings. While there were certainly highlights, overall, it was just an okay experience. One aspect that stood out was the hotel's spa. The spa services were truly excellent, providing a much-needed retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambiance made for a memorable spa experience that helped alleviate the stresses of travel. Another positive note was the complementary afternoon tea offered by the hotel. It was a nice touch and provided a moment of indulgence during the day. The selection of teas and snacks was delightful, adding a touch of elegance to the stay. However, there were some aspects of the stay that fell short of expectations. The room, while comfortable, lacked a certain charm and felt somewhat outdated. Additionally, the service was inconsistent at times, with some staff members seeming a bit indifferent to guests' needs. Overall, Swarga Suites Bali Berawa offered a decent stay with highlights such as the excellent spa and complementary afternoon tea. However, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of room aesthetics and service quality.

Location was great, service staff were always helpful and friendly. It was clean and comfortable and affordable, breakfast was included and pool was clean. The surroundings at the eating area were very pretty and well maintained.
