Beautiful and comfortable environment, great location, exceptional service from all staff. Dinner and brunch in the restaurant were excellent- especially the dinner which we enjoyed on our first evening. Really impressed with the care and attention given to accommodating my garlic sensitivity.

The location was superb. The surroundings are beautiful. Staff very friendly. Clean hotel. The quality of the breakfast was great, but I’d have preferred breakfast in buffet form. Outstanding view over the river though.

The copper bath tub, but even the river view is not worth with a view, is disappointing as the windows steams up and condenses as there is not double glazing. They also don’t give any products to use in the bath,

Location great
Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by.
Numerous supermarkets within walking distance.
Riverside walks and markets in the square behind the apartment.
Stayed in one of their Villas then moved to the Riverside apartment. Villa had better facilities and also bigger - was just across the main bridge. Then moved to Riverside apartment which was smaller in size but better location and views. Good communication with owners and they facilitated a good stay.

Didn’t get chance to see more than the park but it was worth the stay just for that. We were visiting for a sporting event nearby and we were perfectly situated. The surrounding area looked lovely, very green and clean. Walking in London and seeing wild deer is a must

Beautiful place.
Beautiful place. Loads of lovely small back streets with unique shops to wander down. Loads of places to eat out. Views from the bridges were amazing. Everything once parked up just seemed within walking distance.

We liked the restaurants and cafés.
We liked the restaurants and cafés. There are many interesting places to visit nearby. We enjoyed Syon Huse, Osterley House and the London Wetland Centre. It's an easy train journet to Waterloo Station for Central London. I wouldn't want to live under the Heathrow flight path.

We have visited Richmond many times before and twice passed through it on long distance walks. It is a town full of character and, for walkers, ideally situated between Richmond Park, with its herds of deer and flocks of squawking green parrots, and the famous Kew Gardens. We loved having breakfast at the Hollyhock cafe, situated in the town park above the river. Just a little upstream, lies the National Trust's property of Ham House. Always worth a visit.

The property was very comfortable. There was nothing I needed and it wasn’t available. The location was perfect for public transport. Literally opposite the tube and train station of Richmond. Two steps away from the river and the gorgeous greens. Very quite building and safe. The host was so quick to reply and accommodate instantly. I will have to be in London every two to three months and would book the same property again and always.
Richmond area was very nice! The breakfast wasn't included in the price - had to pay extra for it, but it was very nice. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful - at the reception, at the breakfast, at the bar. Not far from the hotel, you're already close to the nature, with dears walking around. It's quite mesmerising that this is also London.
This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in adding hugely to the joy of staying in this hotel. The location within easy walking distance from Richmond Park and local restaurants also makes this an ideal venue. Have had several stays here and keep coming back as it is exceptional.
The location of the hotel is ideal for both exploring Richmond and access to the train/tube station to travel into central London. The hotel was very clean and the room although bioux (had a cabin room) it was very comfortable with excellent soundproofing.
A quiet oasis in London on the river, close to places of interest and shopping. Helpful staff throughout the hotel and fitness centre. Great breakfast choice and delicious. Comfy beds and good sized room with a beautiful garden and tennis courts outlook
The hotel was nicely tucked away from the main strip of Richmond but still close enough of a walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and amazing. The decor of the hotel was also done tastefully.
I really thought it was a hotel. I had wanted to stay at a pub that had rooms upstairs. This is exactly that! I loved all the staff, the food, and the accommodations. I really enjoyed visiting with the staff.
Good value and near to London and Heathrow. Quiet position in the midst of parkland and the Thames gives a country feel to the hotel. Well equipped room and very comfortable bed.
