In the closest London Borough to Heathrow Airport, Hounslow hotels and guesthouses on Booking.com are understandably a popular choice for those flying in and out of the UK’s busiest airport. However, there are more reasons to stay here than just this.
Hounslow Heath has a nature reserve and golf course, and to the north in the Osterley suburb is the National Trust-operated Osterley Park with its stately home and gardens. Southeast of here is Syon House, while Hanworth Park House is in the Feltham district, home to just some of the hotels near Heathrow Terminal 4. Also close by is the wildlife haven of Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
There are also 2 smaller parks in the Cranford district, near the Bath Road which passes the road leading to Heathrow Terminals 1-3. Most hotels near Heathrow on this road are served by an airport shuttle which has transfers to all 5 terminals. At the opposite end of the airport from Hounslow, Terminal 5 is the newest and most state of the art, and has its own station on the London Underground.
All Heathrow Airport stations are on the Piccadilly Line and have fast connections to the 3 Tube stations in Hounslow itself, and beyond to central London.

Honestly, I don't know Hounslow well, but I always use London Hounslow west station to transfer when I travel from Heathrow. You know, I prefer to travel with the bus, because I can to look around. There is a convenient Sainsbury local next to the Hounslow west station. Iceland store is on the opposite side. And you have to see the market place nearby. his is a weekend market place open only on weekends 7:00am-2:00pm. Other days it’s just a parking area. It's funny and you can get really good bagrain. I didn't see anything like this before - you have to visit it!

We were only in Hounslow the evening and night before our flight out of Heathrow. We walked several blocks to our hotel from the train station, through a section of town with some run down buildings and others under redevelopment. Pleasantly surprised to find the Market Place, a great location for ethnic foods from many countries in a food court setting. Only a couple stops to the airport from the train station.
The staff are very friendly are highly professional. They treat every guest including me in most respect and courtesy. The hotel is well manged and very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant offers very delecious international dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Sanam is very professional and familiar with the menu and answered any question I posed to him. Five star restaurant. The hotel well located close to high street hounslow central, heathrow airport and public transportation
This is the ideal place for anyone who needs to be near Heathrow. It’s mad to stay in one of those ugly soulless “airport” hotels, usually miles from the terminal. The Skylark is a six-minute ride by Tube from the airport station, then a two-minute stroll: a serene space with a fountain on the charming main street of Hounslow West, with the best curry-houses in London.
I’ve been there before but going again just reminded me how nice this hotel is. It’s a very ‘hip’ sort of hotel. They give you a free drink upon arrival. The staff are super friendly. They’re just amazing and you can tell there is a young- hip vibe about the place. It feels like an urban, central-London sort of hotel. The rooms are lovely too.
Location was brilliant. It was close to Hounslow Central Tube station. It was 4 stations away from Heathrow Terminal. I just wanted a one night rest and this was good value for money.
They didn’t have a restaurant, but Aaha Dosa is right across the hotel. I had Indian street food at Market Place ( 2 min walk from the hotel )
Room was very clean at our arrival and later cleaned again everyday nicely.
Bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were fresh aswell.
Location of the Hotel is great as it is just 2 minutes walk from the Hounslow Central Tube Station. You can come directly from Heathrow Airport to the hotel via tube in around 15 minutes.
The facility is modern and well done. It is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is excellent close to the Treaty mall, restaurants, and short distance to Hounslow Central underground station. High street also very close by. I would stay more. at this hotel in the future.
The bed was good. the room was clean. Everything was very small and cramped but functionally furnished, so I did not miss anything. Good room service. the hotel area is save and not too loud, only bit far away from London centre around 45 minutes with metro. At least metro station is close by.
The hotel was really nice! It was a quick solo stay. Nice shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Easy check-in and the staff was very nice and friendly! My room was clean and perfect for my quick trip to London. Nice breakfast options and great location.
Location is good. High street is nearby, lots of options to eat. Tube station is 7-8 mins walk makes travel to central London very easy.
As expected and advertised rooms are small but comfortable. The bed could have been better but good for a 1 night sleep.
Very nice and helpful receptionist. Comfortable and plenty of light. Very centrally located to center of town and also within fairly close distance to airport and metro station. Affordable and friendly. Electrical teapot available was a plus!
The room was basic but clea and tidy which i was wary after reading reviews but pleasently surprised. It had good transport to central london via tube and Twickenham stadium vis bu h20 outside
Very convenient for driving to from outside London and then getting the metro/tube/underground into town. Cheap. Several (mainly Indian) restaurants close by
Clean and comfortable rooms, be mindful with a few plane noises but not too bad. Spacious for 2. Close to heathrow and you can easily reach Central London.
