    Excellent customer service and front desk attendants. Always helpful. Elevator available in the premises. Easy commute towards downtown London (Soho and Trafalgar sqr etc) and around. Red buses right outside the property and DLR a few blocks away.

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.
