Friendly reception booked us a taxi to Gatwick for a very early flight - cost 19.5 GBP. This hotel is rooms only - no other facilities. There is a pub 5 minutes walk where you can get food from a food truck parked outside. Food was basic and good value. Beds comfortable and bathroom good. Fine for an overnight stay.
The average price per night for a 3-star hotel in Crawley this weekend is $97 or, for a 4-star hotel, $133. Looking for something even fancier? 5-star hotels in Crawley for this weekend cost around $249 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
On average, it costs $94 per night to book a 3-star hotel in Crawley for tonight. You'll pay around $134 if you choose to stay in a 4-star hotel tonight, while a 5-star hotel in Crawley will cost around $206, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
The Sussex market town of Crawley is just south of Gatwick Airport, London’s 2nd busiest passenger terminal after Heathrow.
Its train station has direct connections to Gatwick, as well as to Victoria Station in London to the north, and Brighton to the south. Set roughly midway between the 2 cities, the town has long been an important stopping place. One of its 17th-century coaching inns, the George Hotel, still exists under the name of the Ramada Crawley Gatwick and is available on Booking.com.
However, the town’s history dates back much further than that. Records show it as being a market town as early as the 13th century, and its central Goffs Park has a museum containing some Stone Age remains found here.
Tilgate Park to the south has a lake, nature reserve and one of Crawley’s 3 golf courses. The town’s other leisure activities include bowling, a movie theater and a collection of restaurants and pubs. The shopping street is a mix of historic buildings and modern shops, and more stores are found at Crawley County Mall.
Practically all of the Crawley hotels, guesthouses and country houses provide parking and a few also have features such as swimming pools and gyms.

Nice enough satellite town for London.
Nice enough satellite town for London. Did not stay long enough to get a thorough insight into the place. Seems busy but not hectic. Couple of nice galleria/mall type places and a really good chippy just off the town centre.

Historic town with character, real ale houses and many local shops, good rail and bus transport links and detailed town maps, great little daily market next to large shopping centre at train and bus stations recommend Dixies chicken it was delish and a rival for KFC. The snooty Fox at three bridges station has great ales and friendly bar staff.

Everything was just perfect a classic authentic looking pub style hotel with very cozy fire place in the dining room and very comfy and cozy rooms. A pity there is no meal service as this place screams for a Sunday roast and the classics on a menu as a steak with 3 choice sauces, a pizza, a burger, a crab cake with greens, a classic fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar and two salads.
That would make it the place to be with everything it needs (this is my personal opinion also taking in mind I am a private chef)

The rooms were clean as were the public areas. Staff were friendly and polite. However, whilst the food was good it was of a low standard and offered at an outrageous cost....b/fast was a plentiful buffet but £16 was steep.

Trivelles Gatwick Hotel was disgusting The 200 meter driveway was flooded which disguised the massive pot holes all the way down the drive the underside of my car scraped at least twice. The pictures of the palce must have been taken when first renovated which must have been somme time ago as it is very tired now. the bed linen was stained, it looked like someone has blown their nose on it, and I saw at least 3 cockroaches on the desk.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome.
The rooms are cute, I loved the heavy wooden doors gives you a medieval vibe.
The Portuguese manager was awesome, friendly, professional and helpful, so were the rest of the staff. The bar in the lobby is a wonderful place to hang in.
They have a hot tab, it was clean and I got a good bargain so I was overall happy with my stay.
Me and my partner have stayed a few times in Crawley but never hear but so glad we did. Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and always had a smile on there faces. Value for money if you can’t afford London etc. Hotel is a 10mins walk to Three Bridges with train links to London and Brighton. Town centre is also a 10min walk. Very happy with our stay and will be back again. Thank you.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Despite being at the front of the hotel (the side nearest the airport) we were not disturbed at all by traffic noise or aircraft. We had a good night's sleep ready for the journey ahead. Our check in time did not give us the opportunity to take advantage of the inclusive breakfast
The hotel is nice and modern.
The restaurant and bar are fabulous!
Our favorite part of the hotel is the staff.
Wow!!! Everyone is amazing!!! They are exceptional. We loved the thoughtfulness and kindness from everyone at the hotel.
They went above and beyond for us and all their quests.
I booked the hotel for a rest bite after travelling for 22 hours coming back to the UK. The hotel was an ideal option for a overnight rest as it with situated at a quite location staff were really friendly and were really occomadating welhen I was runn8ng 9ver the checkout time.
Lovely, little, quiet country hotel within easy access to Gatwick Airport and a short cab ride to the shops and bars in Crawley town centre. Hotel was super clean, beds very comfortable, polite, helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet.
the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. the restaurant staff were amazing. it’s beautifully designed and well furnished. never been in a hotel with such happy, helpful employees
Don't judge a book by itc cover. Hotel was lovely everything you could need for a cheap overnight stay. Staff was friendly and was able to sort out an issue really fast regarding the rooms.
Room was filthy; pair of socks found, cobwebs, food on the floor, opened crisps in the draws. Food at the restaurant was not enjoyable. Cheap hotel which did the job but won’t be returning.
My husband and I had to "work from home" and the restaurant was warm and had excellent Wi-Fi.
The hotelier and staff were exceedingly helpful and very much approachable.
