Kingston is a wonderful area in U K. It is very colorful and vibrant, with many amenities, with mixture of diferent cultures from all over the world giving the city its metropolitan touch. It is definitely a place where I would like to live myself.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

A really good breakfast; choice of continental options or full English or English Vegetarian. The location is great for walking to local eateries and Hampton Court Palace is literally in the backyard of this hotel; you can look out the back window into the palace maze! The hotel sits right next to two bus stops that will take you all over the area. We took the bus to Kew Gardens and to the Airport without any trouble at all. The staff are very nice and helpful here and the rooms are clean and well cared for, albeit quite small.
Convenient London location, close to the University of Kingston, easy to access many locations like Richmond, Kew Gardens, Teddington Lock, the River Thames. There was convenient parking outside the hotel. the rooms and hotel were clean, the shower was clean, bedding and towels all clean. A decent cooked breakfast included and co ti metal breakfast available if preferred. There was a warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. There was also a garden which was a pleasant surprise.
Our host was extremely accommodating and the room was perfectly clean and inviting, as well as being located in the heart of Kingston overlooking one of its prettiest alleys. There are plenty of food and drink options around and it's easy to reach central London from there as the room is only a 2-3 minute walk away from Kingston train station.
I also appreciated its private entrance tucked away from the main street.
Kingston 1 was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time! Great location, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Beautifully decorated, clean and modern with lots of nice little touches in the room and on the landing. Good selection for breakfast - continental was included and hot food was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Kingston.
The location was in the heart of Kingston upon Thames which was great as the shops were just a minute walk away. The room was a decent size and very clean. There was soap and detergent for the washing machine and the host was fantastic. Anything we needed would be arranged if it wasn't there already. The kicthen had everything needed to make meals.
The staff - especially the Russian speaking (i hope im not mistaken) lady and the gentleman who was mostly there for night shifts.
Traveling with a baby is hard already but the staff tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms were spacious compared to most hoteld in London. The breakfast was also nice.
Perfect location for visiting Hampton Court/ Kingston upon Thames/ arriving by train. Staff super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nice little touches in room to make your stay special. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Able to bring my dog although be aware not all rooms are pet friendly so check with hotel before booking .
Location was excellent, great to have free onsite parking as well. Room was very comfortable, hotel even supplied a dog bed for our dog and treats too. Lovely to have a fridge in the room with tea, coffee and fresh milk supplied. Good choice for breakfast, great vegan option too.
Breakfast was ok, see comments below. Location was good for us as we were travelling to Wimbledon for the tennis which only took about 15 minutes from the hotel. Room was very warm but there was an air conditioning unit we used.
Bathroom small but adequate with toiletries.
This hotel is centrally located in Kingston Upon Thames. The hotel has a contemporary feel with good sized clean, comfortable rooms. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I need accommodation in the Kingston Upon Thames area.
Jaya is a wonderful receptionist! She just couldn’t do enough for us and it’s so welcoming to have such a friendly face at check-in. Great bed- so comfortable. This delightful hotel is directly across from Hampton Court. Can’t wait to return.
The staff were truly exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as good as any top hotel I've stayed in. Not the biggest rooms or en suites but I would highly recommend this hotel as value for money.
We didn’t take breakfast there, but the coffee was good. The location is excellent. Right next to Richmond Park. Only a short drive from Hampton Court. We could have walked into Kingston from the hotel.
The hotel was lovely and close to the event that we were going to London to see. The food and breakfast was superb and the catering staff were absolutely lovely, efficient and very friendly.
