The staff of this hotel are so friendly and always ready to help. Our room had a mountain view. The rooms are modern, heated and very clean. The hotel has a bar downstairs. The breakfast selection was amazing. The hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from San Rocco church and from slope 17a/b (this is an easy blue slope for beginners and children). Buses in Livigno are free of charge, and therefore you may ski any where you like in Livigno. Our favourite place to ski was Mottolino area. The hotel is situated near a super market and good restaurants. If you use the Livigno Express bus from Milan airports, it will stop you in front of the hotel (near San Rocco church). This morning we had an early departure and they opened the breakfast earlier so we do not miss it. This hotel is run by a great family - keep it up 🙏❤️

The location was great not far from town. The apartment had everything you needed. The hot tub and sauna was great too.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. We went in the ski season and we were really amazed because they have a ski room where you can leave you ski equipment to dry over night, in the morning you could wear your boots warm. The food was delicious, we had a demi pension booking. At dinner you could choose from the menu ( that is different every day) what you pleased, they had only 2 options for appetizer, main course and dessert from which to choose.

Location is superb, just close enough to city center to go there for a short walk, and just right enough outside to have peace. Apartment is big enough for 4 people, good equipped and clean. They also have a garage to store bikes. In one word almost perfect. Super market is just some meters away and easily accessible.
