Our family stay at Leonardo's was outstanding, combining comfort, top-notch service, and kid-friendly amenities that made everyone feel welcome. Despite minor signage issues, it's a perfect urban retreat for families.

Excellent value. Quiet area. Family friendly. Small walled garden for children to have fun. Auto light lit the entrance area well and long enough to find the keys in the dark. All beds comfortable. Enough hot water for all to bath/ shower. 2 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket, post office and a cafe with variety of lovely bites to eat and drink. Short distance to Underground with good service, early and late. We will definitley use this charming place again. Description of the place is 100% correct.

Probably the best child friendly hotel we have stayed so far. I really enjoyed and so did my kids. Big and clean family room, breakfast was served everyday with so much love and kindness from the staff. Also would like to mention the staff at the check in, especially the gentleman that served us the first day we came that made us feel so welcomed . We did have e very good time.

This hotel is all about the location. For a family with small children this was great. You are a few minutes away walking from the Sea life aquarium, Shrek adventure, London eye, Piccadilly, ect. The train station is right next to the hotel and also the bus station. kids get a welcome package with a free drink included in the bar so they were excited about that. reception staff was nice, they let us have a late checkout (1 hour later) to accommodate our needs.

extremely dog friendly - the dog bed, bowl & treats were a really lovely touch. child friendly - the addition of a cot (which actually fitted in the room!) was excellent. also the baby friendly bath products, mini robe and slippers were lovely. lots of places say they are dog/family friendly, but the Ampersand really catered to us all.

Really lovely, very well organised, friendly, clean, bright and felt very comfortable and secure there. Room was surprisingly quite spacious, we were a family of five. Love the individual curtains for each bed. My kids thought that was fantastic. The Staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. It was very child friendly. Breakfast, described as continental exceeded our expectations. Bread, toast, cheese, ham, jam, chocolate spread. Cereals, and boiled eggs. Great juice and coffee. Location is fantastic, and brilliant WiFi.
