I booked this ground floor flat for others to use and they did not need to in the end, so I spent little time there. It was extremely clean, with soaps, shampoo, shower gels provided as well as tea, coffee and milk. Even umbrellas! I cannot really comment on the facilities ie beds, bathrooms etc as not used. However I would not hesitate to book the flat again in the future as it is spacious and comfortable and would be a convenient location. Easy key collection and helpful communication with the host.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay at Clay Farm. Roy was an excellent host and readily available for any questions that I had. The location is perfect, close to transport and shops.

Perfect location and very central. The room was extremely comfortable with clean bedding and towels. There was an ample supply of toiletries and a basket of snacks if required. The room had a kettle for making hot drinks plus a Nespresso machine for coffee. A cooked breakfast is available daily plus lunch and dinner. There are several good restaurants within close walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Will return.

Accomodation and facilities were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Great breakfast was included and other meals were also very good. Ideal quiet location. Would happily stay there again.

Very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment was spacious and had everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. She even provided fruits. Great internet. It was home away from home. Safe off street parking was a bonus. Cynthia was the perfect host. Never seen but always present.
